The side mirror on my daughter's car was broken off when she took her car to Turtle Car Wash and Wax in Pineville, After he couldn't find the parts to replace and repair the mirror, he asked my daughter to get an estimate from a dealership ... which we did. Now the person calling himself the owner, Michael Harper, will not honor that estimate and will give my daughter $90 of the $171 estimate. I will absolutely never take my car to this place again. They damaged my trim and they had the nerve to lie about it. I see this area of my car everyday and cannot get in to the car without seeing it so I know for a fact that there was nothing lose prior to them touching my car. The owner just argued with me that it was already lose. I told him with 100 % certainty that he was wrong. He would not do anything about it so I filed a complaint against them with the BBB. The car was h was not very good either.
