Took every precaution to protect the machines - we stayed in the centre of the lake the entire time to avoid shallow waters, just as instructed. Both jet skis operated perfectly when we returned them. Staff even inspected them and casually mentioned one might have a small stick in the intake but said it’s common and “definitely not a rock” The next day, I got a call saying a rock “broke the propeller” and they’re keeping the full $1500 damage deposit. Was looking forward to a morning skidoo ride as have busy day. Says open at 9AM, waited at the gate from 8:45 to 9:20 and no one showed up so I gave up as my window was closed and time was up. Looks like they offer good experiences, but seems like they open when they want to.
Worst experience ever . Rented a boat that didn’t work proper . Refused to give money back because there boat was broken . Refused to give the damage deposit back . Had to call the credit card company. Do you self a favor and rent somewhere else . Wouldn’t let me speak to the manger either .
