Ordered uniforms 5 weeks ago. At that time we were told they would be ready by now. I get that things happen, but we have called all their locations multiple times (no one ever answers; voicemail is all full). My wife has emailed 3 times. No response. Poor customer service. I would not recommend if you have a choice.
I’ve called and emailed for days but can’t get ahold of anyone. Ordered uniforms 5 weeks ago and still nothing. Another person forced to use this company because of their club.
I'M FORCED BY MY CLUB TO WORK WITH THESE CLOWNS! MULTIPLE EMAILS AND CALLS, NO RESPONSE, STILL MY ORDER IS WRONG! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!! ONCE THE SHORTS WERE PRINTED BACKWARDS, THIS TIME I JUST REQUESTED A NUMBER ON THE PANTS WE ORDERED...CAN'T RETURN AN EMAIL! WTF!?! 0 STARS! READ THIS TIMBER/THORNS!

Rude and unhelpful staff. Required to go there for LOSC jerseys and otherwise I would never set foot in there again.
