My son is new patient at turrets and they have all been so friendly we have had a bad experience in the past with unfair discharge due to my high risk pregnancy I was met with rudeness and low standard of customer service skills and zero compassion , which led to my son having to wait another 3 year causing major self esteem issues ,we are so happy we were accepted here , they are very professional,very very good customer service skills throughout, and very organised with your childs care my son has done nothing but smile s... read more

Staff are very unprofessional mainly the manager Lauren. She was very rude on multiple occasions making my treatment and time at turret very unpleasant making me feel uncomfortable every time I attended or phoned the practice. I also had private treatment with them for metal fixed retainers which have broke on 2 separate occasions due to the glue not being applied properly which on 1 occasion was fixed however Lauren refused to help on the second occasion even tho it’s under a 1 year warranty as she has an issue with me for ... read more
