A fantastic orthodontist practice. So pleased with the treatment my son has received as a 10year old. Great customer service and support throughout and I am now looking at my daughter having the same treatment
Never answer the phone
Absolutely shocking customer service!!! We have spent literally hours on the phone waiting for it to be answered to no avail!!! We have a friend that spent that long waiting for the phone to be answered that she drove the 10 minutes down the road and stood at reception with the phone still ringing whilst 2 members of staff ignored the phone!!! Very very poor!!!
Went to get retainers re done and got told on the phone it was 190 pounds which is fine and I asked if this was for both sets and got told yes. Went to pick them up and it was 370! I’d be fine with that if they told me outright but they didn’t
Receptionist are incredibly rude. I rang at 8am several times for the phone to not be answered I left it ringing for over 10 minutes before I hung up tried again this was die to my daughter brashing her face and her brace has broken. When I got through on the phone it was 8.44am for the Receptionist to say we have no appointments you should of rang at 8am.
