I had a very disappointing experience at Sportsfizz Bankstown. I spoke with Lauren, who said she is the manager. I raised a simple complaint that the 30-minute session was not enough for me because I am in pain and need proper treatment time. Instead of understanding my situation, she responded very rudely and said, “This is what we have, we are not a massage or hair salon.” When I mentioned that other places offer 1-hour sessions, she got upset and insisted that no one does 1-hour appointments. This is a great physio, I came here last year due to lower back pain and got given exercises to do, I have done them consistently to this day & I don’t get much back pain anymore. A bit expensive in my opinion but they do a great job.
Came today, Jason was 100% awesome and amazing
After going to many different Physio’s, Paul excels far above all of them. Excellent clinic.
