Been here about 5 times now and every single time Ciaran has either greatly improved or healed my back injuries sustained through intense sport. Ciaran is a great physiotherapist. He knows exactly what he’s doing, how to massage, use the gadgets, give advice and routines to follow and I highly recommend his work. Paul and his team are fantastic. Very good at diagnosis and swift, appropriate treatment. Patients are well-informed, and options clearly laid out. One example: I fractured my wrist and it wasn't healing in a partial cast. The pain was getting worse but the nurse at Hornsby specialist clinic said it was too late for a full cast, loosened the current cast further and recommended lavender and meditation. I had a very disappointing experience at Sportsfizz Bankstown. I spoke with Lauren, who said she is the manager. I raised a simple complaint that the 30-minute session was not enough for me because I am in pain and need proper treatment time.
