I had an excellent experience with Paul from Turramurra Sports & Physio during my recovery from a shoulder injury after being hit by a car while cycling. One session with Paul significantly increased my back pain. He changed my exercise program to focus almost entirely on extension-based exercises, despite me clearly explaining that extension movements were the ones aggravating my symptoms. Thankfully, I decided to change physiotherapists, and my condition has been managed much better since then. I also believe his conversations felt quite out of context this was very unprofessional and detracted from the quality of the session.

I found Jen through a Google search for Physio specially in TMJ/jaw pain and I couldn’t recommend her or the practice more highly. I have gone from near daily soreness and tightness to proper movement in my jaw, it’s truly been such a relief. Receptionists are warm and friendly, plus you always feel heard.
