The receptionist I struck was extremely rude. In addition, although this comes up as a bulk billing practice on a Google search, I got the distinct impression that if they DID bulk bill me it would be a huge favour and I should be very grateful. Highly UNrecommended.

I called Turramurra Medical Centre to book an appointment for the same day and specifically mentioned that I have a meeting in the evening, but as I walked in they told me that my appointment was canceled (without giving me any notice) and gave my time to someone else and asked me to wait.... I do not understand how they did not even call me saying that we cancelled your appointment and how they did not change their schedule to fix it. Will definitely do not go there anymore.

Short-haired receptionist (Has what I believe is an Afrikaner-South African accent.) is horribly rude. The practice is poorly organised. Instead of giving you appointments they tell you to come at 7am and line-up to see the main GP between 9 and 10. Even if you manage to make an appointment, you end up waiting an hour and a half, often when the GP is not even in the room with another patient. Only the nurses seem to do their work quickly and efficiently.

Dr Abadi is an absolutely brilliant Doctor. She always takes the time to go through your problems in depth and doesnt miss a beat. Highly recommended.
