Very disappointed with our recent experience. My husband has been a patient at this clinic for more than 30 years. When we called because he had been coughing for more than two weeks, we were simply told that no doctor was available and to seek another practice. The whole booking and lead to the appointment is the worst customer experience I’ve received for a long time. And certainly put of character from our previous experiences with this practice. The AI receptionist is a frustrating time waster. It doesn’t capture anything other than name and DOB - I wasted my breath telling it my name 3 times before it understood.
