New owners took over the business in 2012/2013 and they are wonderful! This is a great place to have a mailbox as well as pack and send shipments. Always friendly and helpful!

Used to be wonderful, now the customer service is terrible! I've met the owners and they are great. Unfortunately the service has declined recently. The past 3 times I've gone in I've been treated so terribly that I won't be back. The woman that works there is rude and cold - she doesn't greet me, she gives me dirty looks when I don't need to pay to ship (if I already have the label attached), and she takes the package without a word and glares me out the door without saying anything. Don't bother insuring your package – Would not give me the $1900 I insured a painting with them. FedEx determined the painting was not packaged properly. Owner claims "he's wealthy" and to "talk to his lawyers". I did charge back the charges on my credit card to get Baxter's (the owner) attention, but I ended up having to give it back when he bullied me with the threat of his lawyers and the fact that "he's wealthy." Friendliest guy you'll ever meet to your face.

Excellent Service! – I recently visited my brother in Santa Fe and wanted to ship my souvenirs home instead of dealing with the airline hassle. The owners of Turqoise Trail Pack and Ship were not only friendly, but very helpful and knowledgeable. All of my memories made it home in perfect condition. I will definitely use this company again!

New Owners Rock – I've shipped from here before because it's convenient. Now under new ownership the shipping is much faster and their customer service is top notch. They've added all kinds of gift cards, boxes, and bags and are carrying office supplies too. It saves on gas if I don't have to drive all the way into town, and the new owners are very nice and helpful.
