Huge shoutout to the owner, known as Shep, and the team at T.Skies Jewelry. We had an issue with our original package and they stepped up the fix it. We now have a couple of beautiful pieces of handmade jewelry that capture the essence of New Mexico. Looking forward to ordering more in the future and stopping by the see it all in person next time we drive through Albuquerque!
Ordered my girlfriend a size 9 thunderbird ring for Christmas and it arrived as a size 8, despite the label reading size 9. Called the store and they agreed to replace it. However, the replacement ring once again arrived as a size 8 despite being labeled a size 9. I took this ring to multiple jewelers around us and they verified it was a size 8.
