Bought a 300$ ring and in less then a year the turquoise fell out , took it back to the shop and was told that the owner would call me, so know I have nothing, not even the silver, crickets, it’s been almost 4 weeks, I went to another local store and they told me that all of their rings have lifetime warranties, and they would have made it right then and there I will not ever step in this store again.
I love their jewley and prices. The clerk was very friendly and helpful to customers.
The owner of the shop was absolutely wonderful very kind and friendly, courteous, beautiful jewelry inside. I also had another piece of jewelry from Santa Fe that I had lost a stone in and she referred me to bluestone jewelry in alamogordo to see if they could fix it and they did and I just wanna thank the owner of The turquoise shop definitely will come back to see her own future visits
