I purchased a pair of earrings and arrived broken. It happens, but the way they handled replacement was very frustrating and unprofessional. For a couple of weeks, i was told “the artist is making a replacement”. Then, for another couple of weeks i was told they are looking to source replacement somewhere. I bought a bracelet at the Cowboys Christmas booth at NFR, it broke. I made contact with someone and was told to mail back, they would repair and send back. I mailed the bracelet back and since have begged to get my repaired bracelet back and no one will contact me. I really just want my repaired bracelet back!
Received the wrong necklace I ordered for my daughter’s birthday. Contacted them for exchange but never heard back from them after I returned the necklace and multiple emails.
