I went to this salon today with my mom for the first time ever. It was just a little bit hard to find but once we arrived, I really liked how aesthetically pleasing it was inside. I’m not one to notice those things right away but I did here. My mother had an appointment with Illiyana. She came out right away & got right to business with my mom. I'm absolutely in love with my new haircut <3. Lesley really took the time to go over on how she could give my hair a different look and keeping the same length, just what I wanted. I highly recommend this salon, very professional and excellent service.

I made an appointment with illyana in advance and I arrived right on time, but was told by the hair stylist i made an appointment with literally to come back either later today or the next day, because she was busy with other client. What is the point to make an appointment?? I still got a haircut, which turned out nice,but this customer service is not right, if you made an appointment with your client, follow your promise.
