Absolutely do not rent a car from this company. I booked a car with them before I got on plane, expecting to have car when I landed. When I landed, I found out that they cancelled my car and blamed it on me. The worse thing is they charged me for a day rental ($93) and I did nothing wrong. I needed a car to drive. They cancelled it and charged me. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS CO. They are scammers !!

This was my first and my absolute LAST time using this service, my experience was horrible. I rented the car so my son could take his road test to get his license. Initially my host seemed like a genuinely nice woman, boy was I deceived!!! She REALLY thought that she could get over on me! When I initially picked up the car, it wreaked of smoke. We rented a car from Turo Rentals in Los Angeles California. They pull a scam....they tell you to quickly drop the car off at the airport, the host came and immediately left. Later that evening we get send photos of the underside of the car - saying we damaged the car and owe them $800! We hardly put any miles on the car and we definitely didn't damage the car at all. I've read others that said they too were told to pay damages after the fact. The host should allow you time to walk around the car right when you turn it in. I... read more
