Super fun class! Everyone was really welcoming, and it was easy to jump in even as a beginner. If you’re local, you should definitely check it out.
First time attending! This was definitely new and never done before! It was great experience and loved it! The instructor was fantastic and so fun! Will definitely go back!
Such a empowering environment the woman were uplifting and supportive, hope is inspiration the first class being free makes you take the leap into trying!. When we stretched at the end she spoke words that I needed to hear so bad. She definitely makes you feel welcomed. I'm so happy she added Sundays and I'll be back next week. And don't think for a second you won't be feeling it in the best ways when you leave
I joined my first class last week and it was really fun! The vibe, music and people all make it nice and it’s an amazing workout! I appreciate Hope and all she pours her heart into. I’ll definitely be coming back to shake my goods 😅✨✨
I’ve only been twice and can tell this will be a permanent fixture in my routine. By my second class I was learning the moves more and could feel my confidence and femininity skyrocket! It is a pretty intense workout but you’re having too much fun to care! Every one is there to better themselves and you will not feel judged even for a second for being a beginner/modifying steps to suit your body/having trouble with rhythm.
