I’ve only been twice and can tell this will be a permanent fixture in my routine. By my second class I was learning the moves more and could feel my confidence and femininity skyrocket! It is a pretty intense workout but you’re having too much fun to care! This was my first class and it was so energetic, fun and worth the time. Now the after effect, well worth it.
I went for the first time today with my mom and it was a blast. Never knew I could burn 500 calories and have fun at the same time!
