Great Doctor. Horrible staff. This is a great Doctor if you can get through the B.S. his staff puts you through. I hope he can get a handle on them or I will be leaving this practice. I have been trying to refill my prescription for 4 days now. A prescription that Dr Turns put me on 7 years ago. First they tried to say I had to wait another 5 days for the Doctor to return. Now they want me to get a 30 day prescription so they can get their money for a Physical. 7 years everything is normal, now it's all about the money! I wo... read more
Nice Doctor, But . . . – I am new to Dr. Turns' practice. I like him very much and the doctor that he practices with. Some of the staff are not friendly and not helpful. I am going to give it a few more months and see how I feel.
