Mike is thorough and very clear about the car issues. He is very generous, and treats his repeat customers with respect and kindness. I have been to this shop multiple times with a range of issues and I come back every time without hesitation. I would recommend him to anyone needing services in this area.
The team at Turnpike Auto is the only team we go to for our auto repairs. Over several years across many different issues on different cars they have proven over and over their honesty and commitment to helping us make the most informed decisions we can about our vehicles. When other auto body shops did not know the answers or have the tools, Turnpike did. Very fast, very friendly and informative service; I was let known everything that would be done down to the part number for all parts needed for the service. Also great and reasonable prices. This review is LONG overdue. Turnpike Auto has serviced my vehicle for years. They deliver expert service for affordable pricing. They are extremely skilled, and trustworthy. I recommend their services to everyone.
I can't say enough great things about Sung at Turnpike Auto Service! Finding an honest and trustworthy mechanic can be difficult, but Sung is exactly that. He is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about his customers. He took the time to explain what my car needed in a way I could understand, never tried to upsell me on unnecessary repairs, and made sure everything was done right. The service was fast, the pricing was fair, and the entire experience was stress-free. It's rare to find someone who combines except... read more
