I've been taking my cars here for the past 10 years. The mechanics give me honest diagnostics (counseled me not to get certain repairs done even though it would have been financially beneficial for them) and are quick and thorough with their work. They have resolved a variety of issues of mine over the years: tires, brakes, steering, oil changes, electrical issues, etc. I'm thankful to have found them.
If you value your car, DO NOT TAKE it to TURNPIKE AUTO!!! I was referred by K&B to Turnpike for a routine oil change because they did not service that kind of vehicle. I took my car to Turnpike Auto on 27 April for the oil change. Three days later on 30 April, my engine was completely destroyed because the mechanic NEGLECTED to put oil or did not nearly put enough for the oil change.
