I would give 0 stars if I could the communication lacks 100% I paid over $700 for my stay at an Airbnb through Vacasa and it was dirty, lights and tv kept turning on and off, and I paid over $100 for the pool to be heated so my 2 year old and 9 month old could get in the pool without getting sick and it was freezing cold for half our stay I called and complained and they said they would call me back about a refund and NEVER CALLED BACK.
