This review is based on vacasas incompetence of handling a situation. The photos on vacass of a vacation rental was.not accurate. Different bed and couch in the unit. Arrived to find the couch dirty with food and stains. Ac vent was removed that had mold on it. The biggest issue was the bed; hard as a rock. Woke up the first morning with back and leg pain a d difficulty moving. Night 2 same thing. Stayed at a nearby hotel and felt refreshed the next day. Disappointed by Vacasa’s Lack of Compassion and Flexibility- We recently had an extremely disheartening experience with Vacasa that we feel compelled to share. I entrusted VACASA with the management of my property, expecting professional care, consistent communication, and reliable oversight. Unfortunately, what I experienced was the exact opposite. Communication is almost nonexistent. Emails and concerns go unanswered for weeks, and it often feels like no one is actually accountable for anything. I would give 0 stars if I could the communication lacks 100% I paid over $700 for my stay at an Airbnb through Vacasa and it was dirty, lights and tv kept turning on and off, and I paid over $100 for the pool to be heated so my 2 year old and 9 month old could get in the pool without getting sick and it was freezing cold for half our stay I called and complained and they said they would call me back about a refund and NEVER CALLED BACK.
