We used Turnkey to manage our Palm Springs vacation rental for 14 months. As management companies go, they are average--not horrible, but not great. Our tenants, as far as we know, didn't complain about the cleanliness or condition of our condo. Our biggest complaint with them was the frequent turnover of local employees and consequently the difficulty of getting people to take care of our concerns because the person was someone new--and we were never informed that our main contact person was being replaced. We rented a place with a pool that was supposed to be heated. When we got there, the pool was broken so we reached out about getting it fixed. I then had to spend the rest of my vacation talking back and forth between 3 different folks about it not working. They over communicate and under perform, and that was the case for booking the place and staying there. I would not recommend turnkey to anyone
The property was clean and well equipped. It was the perfect vacation rental for us and our two little boys. Thanks for everything!
