Stayed in a studio that was connected to another beautiful home. The rental itself was great, except the bed was pretty uncomfortable/cheap.. but it's a rental studio so not shocking. I work in property management so I understand the reviews of people getting cancelled on last minute or a vendor having to come out during a stay to fix an ac. This was the contents of our “kid friendly” property we booked. Also, upon arrival, the AC was not working. Turnkey actually asked me if I could be there from 4-6 while on my vacation so that the HVAC man could get in the property. Like it was my own place. The repairman wars unable to fix the AC and while he was there the owner called him and said she had planned on servicing the unit was didn’t get around to it. I am currently trying to get a refund. I spent 1200 for 2 nights and they embarrassed me by refunding 185. They ... read more
Great place. We rented this with 4 friends to go to the superbowl. Has everything you need closeby in terms of food options and supermarkets. In and Out is walking distance for that late night snack. Rooms were spacious and had their own bathrooms. 2 ensuites and 1 separate bedroom + the apartment studio in the back were just perfect. Highly recommend !
I read a review that spoke to the temperature in our unit not working. I sent a message the day before we came asking about the issue. I was assured the issue was resolved. We arrived to 63 degrees. We tried everything, including turning the unit off and turning on the heat. The only things that gave us the slightest relief was to turn on the oven and leave the oven open (very dangerous).
