They will cancel your rental! Very frustrating, booked early for a reason, now no other places in the same price range are available. No reason given!! Just left high and dry.

This was an absolute nightmare. After a long day of travel we were welcomed by dozens of live cockroaches at this home (Surfin Cowboy). It took turnkey 4 hours to find us another rental. I had to keep calling and texting the property management company in order to get responses. Meanwhile, I had 4 other guests panicking as it was 9pm and we had no where to go.
