We've rented from them before and each time it's been a good experience. They're thorough and easy to work with. We had one problem this time with the door lock and were able to talk with someone right away and they took care of it immediately. I would have no problem renting from them again in the future

I booked a place through this company a month in advance of my trip. Then two days before Im supposed to leave, they cancelled it on me. They said that they accidentally double booked it and decided to cut me. I called customer service and they told me that they couldn't help me at all, and essentially it was not their problem. There are far better vacation rental places that will have better customer service, and give you what you paid for. TurnKey Santa Fe do a miserable job of managing their properties. Their local manager is unavailable for phone calls and our driveway is blocked by workmen who continually work on the property they manage for out of state owners. There are many well run vacation rentals in Santa Fe but TurnKey is not one of them.
