This review is for TurnKey Renovations, or TBCS, Inc. Hiring this company was a mistake. Kitchen remodel that was supposed to take 6 weeks took 6 months. Communication with Tom/PJ/Liam was horrible, and I was constantly chasing them down for answers. Scheduling was a mess - they consistently seemed to have no idea what work would be happening or when. I hate myself for going to a big box store for my upstairs countertops. turnKEY was the choice I should have made and did for my 1st floor. Incredible service, products, prices. Make no mistake go with turnKEY.
Sam and his entire crew at Turnkey were great to work with. The project was quoted, measured, and installed within weeks. My home was minimally disrupted, both crews protected the rest of my home and cleaned up when finished. Thank you Turnkey, you made it easy to update the entire kitchen.
Great experience with Turnkey from start to finish! Sam helped me pick out the perfect slab for my kitchen counters, and from the time I placed my order the process of measuring, fabricating, and installing only took a week. Very happy with the price, quality, and service and would definitely work with them again.
