I finally have a company that is very good at what they do, has great customer service, and are on call all the time, help right away when your machine is down and replace it within an hour, Keep up the good work Turnkey.
Any time I need to call Turnkey Processing I ask for Ben. My latest issue was that our office needed a new credit card machine. Ben walked me through the entire process and it couldn't have been easier. Ben was, as always very pleasant and professional. After the machine was all set up and working great, he called a couple of days later just to follow up and make sure all was good. Ben solved a close out problem I was experiencing, Ben was pleasant, professional, and solved the problem to my satisfaction. Job well done. Very good communication skills and stayed in constant contact with me during the entire process, which took a few days to solve.
Michele was very patient and helpful in troubleshooting our Pax A80 terminal. She also checked on the batch information because we changed terminals. Very happy everything got resolved.
