In June 2023 my wife and I wanted to remodel the secondary bathrooms in our house and replace the carpeting on the 2nd floor. Our house was built in 1998 and needed updates. He was hired through a home warranty for a broken hot water heater my kids have been without hot water for a few days now leaving us to go through extreme measures to give them hot showers. We received a text claiming it was a 3 hour drive. However he did not show up at all. We even attempted to call with no answer…once the sun has set and the moon came out we gave up…don’t rely on this company.
