This was an easy 5 stars coming from someone who usually never writes reviews this was worth one. If you’re looking for someone Randy is your guy. He was so helpful in my girlfriend and I’s first home buying experience and a wealth of information. He knows it all across the tampa bay area and is well worth talking to. We closed on our home and he was a major factor in doing so and we are very grateful for the immense help we got from him and his team. Definitely will be recommending to others

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our 2 month plus stay at Randy’s beautiful South Tampa home. Randy is a very attentive Host, always available to answer questions about the house, and help us with any information regarding places to visit, grocery store locations and preferred restaurants. This lovely home is immaculate, with tasteful furnishings, and an outstanding landscaped property that includes a gorgeous pool and hot tub. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered. We highly recommend Randy’s home.

We have rented the South Tampa home on two occasions. The home is ideally located for travel around the Tampa-St. Petersburg area. The home is very well maintained and the description provided by the host is accurate. We enjoyed the magnificent pool each day. We encountered some minor issues during our stays however, our host immediately responded and resolved them. Our host also provided us with dining suggestions as well as other suggestions about events upon our request. We would not hesitate to rent this location again.
