My wife and I have relocated for work several times. This includes prior experience with "Fortune-50 Cadillac Relo" plans where the company "takes care of everything." Turnkey Housing provided a "Cadillac Experience" but on a budget you could afford on your own, as a small company or an independent consultant. There are few things that I could say about TurnKey that haven't already been said about Jesus. First, JJ is my savior. I had another lease lined up with another company but- when I came in to sign the lease two days before I was due to move in- this other company bailed on the payment structure. We had verbally agreed on them WEEKS before, but she didn't run the numbers of my sliding scale per diem until 10 minutes(!) before we were due to sign the lease.
