I thought that the office staff were good since they were very responsive to my initial call for intake, if that's the right word, and my therapist Joe was helpful as well, but I wish they'd make the attendance/late policy clear and explain its reasoning to avoid any misunderstanding over that. And perhaps have the office reach out if the client has stopped attending appointments to help with finding another therapist office. Also there should be a doorbell system for if somebody has arrived.
