Turning Tides was able to accommodate a colleague and I in a pinch after our ferry didn’t run. The cottage was super clean, the hostess was very responsive to texts and lots of activities to occupy us!

I booked an extended stay from mid-December through mid-January, and the entire experience was amazing. Alie, the owner/proprietor, was so friendly and easy to work with, and she was so accommodating with my unique situation. We stayed in Beach Glass, which was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The views from the back of the cottage are unforgettable, especially at sunrise. We loved our stay and will stay here again in the future. The accommodations are clean and modern. The items for use in the cottage are in great shape and very new. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. The location is great and it is quiet enough and away from enough buildings that you still get an amazing night sky. There is enough space and privacy for a comfortable stay. You literally just have to show up with your gear and your food and you are all set.

Amazing! Very modern and everything I could have needed for an enjoyable comfortable stay. They thought of every detail. It was very clean. The location is perfect! Sunrises that you can only dream of. Hot tub and fire pit for fun! Great customer service. I was well looked after.
