I brought my truck in for an oil change and to see what the rattling noise was near one of my passenger tires. This was at 8:40 a.m. At 9:30 my truck was brought in for the oil change. The oil change was done and my truck was moved to a separate bay by 10:40. At 11:10 I called to see if anyone had an update on my truck. The lady that answered said she hasn't had an update and is waiting for the paperwork from the mechanic to come in. She said it shouldn't take much longer. Oil change service staff were excellent quick but today my vehicle didn’t get washed after service. They said car wash was being replace asked if there going to give coupon for future wash the stated mgmt we’re not going to offer anything if you advertise it as part of service you should do something or post it in shop what a shame
Fantastic service and fast! I will only be coming here for now on for my vehicles needs!
