We just dicovered Turning Stone Animal Hospital. We always jumped around to see vets but were never happy. We had a very ill 15 year old dog this weekend and took her in to Turning Stone not knowing what we were getting into. Now we will never leave. The Staff was great. The techs were also awesome so gentle and sweet. We saw Dr Griffiths and i knew in everyway we were in the best place possible. We have found our forever Vet and animal hospital finally. I always have a great experience with Dr Hooper and the staff. I took Greta in for an ear infection and she was treated gently with by Dr Hooper and the techs. Dr Hooper provided some options to make her ear treatment easier as well as some cost effective options. She also answered other questions I had. She is the only vet that I feel comfortable taking my 4 fur babies too.
Called this morning to book an appointment for my dog and right off the bat woman who answered had TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service. If you answer the phone in a bad mood I can only imagine how you’d treat my dog.. so therefore I definitely do not recommend this place.
Compassionate and kind at a time most needed. Very grateful to these wonderful souls. My Witchy Poo was treated with dignity. I will never forget.
The vetrenerians seem to have lots of knowledge. But the girls at the counter (not all of them). In regards of there on line pharmacy its a joke !!!
