Called ahead for a Rx refill. Paid online. All I had to do was pop into the lobby and pick it up. Everyone is always professional and friendly.
I will not be going back. I tried for over a week to get to get a response to have a rx for allergy medicine refilled with an appt already made and I never got a response. I called twice and still no response. I just don't feel comfortable taking my fur babies back.
We originally came here to bring our 15 year old dog in for an emergency, and ended up moving both her, our new puppy, and our cat here permanently. The staff is super nice and compassionate.
