The staff was amazing. I've seen a few doctors, they are all wonderful, kind, gentle and knowledgeable. My pup was in for his annual, we arrived a few minutes early and were taken right in. The tech was fantastic, the vet was outstanding and my angry little dog was happy.
My first visit to this animal hospital was last Friday, and I have to say my experience has not been the absolute best. The first visit was with four miniature dachshund puppies and the visit cost me almost $800 and one of the puppies clearly has ringworm but the veterinarian refused to treat it insisting I spend another $130 on follicle hair testing, which I didn’t have that much money to spend after spending $800 on their wellness check and their shots. Turning Stone Animal Hospital has always provided excellent care for my pets. During a recent visit, I was assisted by Abby, who I believe is new to the team. She was extremely helpful, professional, and kind. Experiences like this are why I’ll continue to bring my pets here.
