Not happy with their couples counselling. Feeling dismissed, misunderstood, and unseen. Unable to provide practical advice, techniques or tools to descalate any situation. Came out feeling worse, needing to take time off work because it triggered me to a place I didn't feel supported. I go in wanting support, to help my marriage and instead I feel further away. I don't recommend. Backward payment system and terrible administration communication.
I have been seeing Rhonda Alton for a couple of months now.....and all i can say is she is FABULOUS, just FABULOUS!!! She has held my hand through some of the most painful, gut wrenching experiences I have had, walking with me to the other side. She is also teaching me joy. Much more as well. If you are interested in therapy I highly encourage you to see Rhonda i know from personal experience it will be life giving & life changing as it has been and is for me.
Genuinely has helped change and shape my life over the last eight months or so. Compassionate, outcome focused, and extremely insightful and honest. Cannot recommend highly enough.
Always have great experience with both the interns and therapists! i would recommend this place to any of my friends, Tamsen in particular has an incredible ability to encourage persistent and gentle introspection and they ask questions that help you learn a lot about yourself!
