We are a family of five visiting the area from Puerto Rico. We chose this place for breakfast, and the experience was incredible! The food was spectacular, but what really made our experience even better was Donielle's service. Wow, she realized quickly there was a mix-up with one of our plates when one of her coworkers hand over the order. She fixed it right away with the kitchen. We had a server named Lilly at the Center Valley location. She made the experience a 10/10! 🤩 Super friendly, very patient, and made sure we had everything we needed. We got there 10am and the food was served at 12:45, not kidding 12:45. If it wasn’t the Mother’s Day and my wife didn’t insist on staying I would’ve never waited that long! The waitress apologized many times but she couldn’t give us a time when we would get our food! No managers or owners were around to tell us what’s going on or at least apologize! We waited for a table for 45 minutes. Then we waited another 90 minutes before asking when we would receive our food! The waitress came back with apologies, but no answer. Happy Mother’s Day, 2025!
