The food is very good, it's not expensive, good quality and good portion sizes. But the service leaves something to be desired, the two times my fiancé and I went it was fairly chaotic, and the table service was generally poor
Wait time was exactly as promised. Ali was our server and she was great! We had custom requests and everything came out perfect. Definitely recommend the crab pizza (extra crab).
Reliably delicious. A family favorite. We especially enjoy the outdoor seating. Only one gripe. The water. Please stop drying the glasses with wet towels! Find a way to air dry them. I thought the water was suspect until I poured it into a plastic cup, instead of the glass they gave me. To my surprise, the water didn't taste like what imagine toilet water to taste like (as it did in the glass). IT'S THE GLASSES! Our first Turning Point experience was amazing! The restaurant had a fun exciting energy. Every table was occupied! From entry to exit every employee was pleasant and friendly. Everyone worked as a true team. Our server Brooke’s was delightful! She gave us an overall review of the menu as well as great suggestions. The food was very good. The variety of choices was perfect. It is not just your average eatery. It was a very enjoyable experience. Looking forward to returning.
