I went to see my physiotherapist inside the Damian Warness Fitness location (which is very interesting looking - there is even a pool!). Sheena is an excellent physiotherapist, and I highly recommend her. I have been seeing her for almost 3 years and she has helped me to maintain my muscles prior to surgery. After my session, I treated myself to a protein shake, Orange-Mango, this week. The cost is $6.95 for any protein shake on the menu or a build your own.
