Highly recommend this gym! Not only is it a well-equipped facility, but more importantly the trainers have created a family atmosphere and are so incredibly encouraging. When I started in late 2024, I was unhealthy and had very little strength. They have helped me transform my mental, physical, and even emotional strength and I am a better person because of this fitness family!! Highly recommend joining their boot camp as there’s nothing out there like it and you WILL get results!!!

Saturday I will complete my first 6 week boot camp at TPF! The whole experience has been wonderful, the community Lamar and Veronica are building is something you don’t want to miss out on. You will be challenged, encouraged and motivated. They will modify exercises to your fitness level. Excited to see what the next 6 weeks has in store for our evening class I am so grateful for this crew !
I love this place and the coaches are phenomenal. You won't find a gym that makes you feel more comfortable, confident, supported, motivated and challenged than this one. It's so cool when you meet someone and you know without a shadow of a doubt that they're doing exactly what God put them on this earth to do. Lamar is doing just that. I can't recommend Turning Point Fitness & Nutrition enough!
