I couldn’t finish my paperwork and ended up walking out because the guy behind the counter kept staring at me like he was mad that I was there. I felt incredibly uncomfortable. He hates his job. He hates having to get up to grab papers. He hates anyone who enters the building and he will mad dog you from behind the counter. He should be fired.
I was attempting to use this place of business for my therapy thru va care in the community. I scheduled a pre appointment time to fill out paperwork and when i arrived the guy i dealt with was incredibly rude and condescending to me - even accusing me of lying about the agreed apon time and date. This is completely unacceptable and disheartening. I absolutely will NEVER do business with them in the future.
We had a therapist for our daughter followed up several times and the therapist told us we would be assigned a new therapist and nothing. Never got another follow up which is very discouraging. Also, very awkward when you go into the building the gentleman that processes the paperwork acted like we were more of an inconvenience with him just sitting in the dark in the corner.
