I went to Dr. Gadol several years ago. My first visit was a good experience, but after that, it felt like they were constantly trying to sell me something. They told me I had a couple of cavities, so I got them filled. Then they pushed a custom mouthguard and an electric toothbrush. Service is overall ok. Assessment, diagnosis and treatment are ok, It's the business side of this office that is unbecoming. The office does not follow up with contacting insurance companies like the commit to. They recommend services to accrue a larger treatment plan, after they complete these services they tell you that they will follow up with the insurance companies. No follow up with the insurance company or the patient.
Dr Turner and staff were fantastic. Professional, friendly and great work product. Glad they were recommended to me. Easily 5 stars!
