Josh Johnson was great! I came in with a specific mental disability that i was struggling with and noted that on the entry form, before our very first visit he researched into it and found there were no cures but instead a few case studies that helped some who suffered, and he went right ahead and performed the specific therapy technique with me. Earlier this year, I had someone who is dear to me that was dealing with some serious issues, and I wanted to refer to TPCC, but there was uncertaintly as to if anyone on staff was licensed in NC where they live. Someone went ABOVE and BEYOND, and dug through the staff, and CALLED US BACK (rare in today's business environment) and we were able to get them connected to one of the caring people at TPCC. THE ABSOLUTE WORST I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED, AND THAT GOES FOR THE SUPERVISOR AS WELL. WHEN I TOLD HER ABOUT MY DISSATISFACTION ABOUT MY FIRST CONSOLE THAT I ENDED AFTER FIFTEEN MINUTES. I COULD TELL THAT SHE COULDN'T CARE LESS.
