The owner Jenna continues to give unsolicited advice about my thyroid related hair loss online, I told her I was offended because she commented saying it was "normal shedding" because her hair "sheds the same amount" or more. When I privately messaged her she went on to tell me she went to school and paid 25k and sees people with thyroid issues and my hair loss isnt extreme, and comparing to MY normal, it is an extreme difference. Jenna was amazing!! I am visiting Maine for a few weeks and needed a root touchup. It’s always difficult to find a salon in a new place… but I looked up reviews and booked an appointment. Not only did Jenna do an amazing job on my hair… But she was able to correct some banding from the previous stylist! I would highly recommend Turning Heads!
