Went for oil change and recall service. I waited for the car. They were very professional and did the service quickly so I could get on my way. The waiting room had coffee and tea available, the chairs were comfortable enough to wait for a car service appointment.
**Please consider another service center before bringing your car here** I brought my KIA SUV to this service center last week for some recalls and was talked into getting my 60,000 mile service somewhat early (I had close to 57,000 miles) so I figured while it was there for the recalls, why not. Everything seemed fine with the service (albeit very pricey) but was told if I want to keep my warranty the service was necessary. My primary reason for giving a 2star is due to Michelle ( as she put it, "Michelle with 2 LL's) was very rude and condescending to customers. She spoke to a couple prior to myself, then to me as if we were bothering her. She stated the cost of my oil change and said, this is what is due today. I stated I thought the oil change was under the global prog. Michelle responded, " global, I have no idea what your talking about, this is whats due" then she says sign here, as she shoves 2 pieces of paper on the counter. As I began t... read more
The service writers keep you informed all the time. Service is pretty quick. I had a problem that was difficult but the tech worked on it and finally fixed it. Kudos to him for his perseverance and dedication.
