My mom Shannon spent 2 years at Turners Rock in Assisted Living, and I can't say enough great things about the care she received. She had Parkinson's, which made life hard. But the staff was always kind and attentive, going out of their way to make her feel comfortable. They helped limit her falls with thoughtful tips and tricks, coordinating with other services to give Shannon the best quality of life she could have. My mom and sister are living at Turner's Point since my sister's home was burned down in January. We were so blessed to have an opening right when the family needed it. The staff, especially Lora, have been very gracious, knowledgable and attentive. The activity director Will is very engaging and works hard to ensure all the residents enjoy a variety of activities for body, soul and mind. We moved my parents into the new villas at Turners Rock last October after 40 years in their Springfield home. All of the staff (including dining room servers and maintenance) go above and beyond to make this place a wonderful, happy and caring environment for residents. I would 100% recommend this retirement community!
Turner’s Rock did a phenomenal job caring for our Mom for the last 3 1/2 years. We chose them because it presents as a non-institutional, spa-like setting with tons of activities available and an exceptional tasty and nutritious daily menu.
