My mother spent 4 years in Independent Living. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot for her. Everyone is treated like family, residents, staff, family of residents. There are more activities (onsite and offsite) than one person can do every day with a lot of variety. There are many staff members who have been there the whole time mom was. They learn the residents names quickly and residents receive very personalized service. I highly recommend Turners Rock for Independent, Assisted Living and Memory Care.

I had toured before by myself and wanted to bring my husband for an additional tour. We were shown all the amenities and loved them. My son commented on how friendly all the staff were and was very impressed. We were treated to lunch while we were there and it was very good. We were very surprised with the menu and all the offerings. Lora S was very helpful and did a great job explaining the community including all the care levels.

I’ve been visiting several different facilities with my mother in Springfield, and Turner’s Rock is by far the best. If felt “alive” in there, all the residents seemed happy and independent. What more do we wish for our parents but to be independent and happy! Great staff, beautiful location and facility.

My dad just moved to Turner’s Rock in the last two weeks and it has been a wonderful experience for him and for our family. They could not have been more helpful or supportive of our needs and that has continued with my Dad’s needs since he currently lives there. It is a process that is not easy for a family, but the Turner’s Rock staff made it better with their personal approach to working with my dad and our family.
