I know I say this every summer, but I love Turner's Pool and Spa Inc.!!!! I never leave there unhappy or feeling like I’m an annoying, stupid customer(unlike another pool store that I won’t mention)! I went there Friday afternoon with a water sample, frustrated with my cloudy water that we’ve been trying to clear up for weeks, I left there with my recommendations, come home and did what they told me. This morning our water is CRYSTAL clear!!! LOVE THEM! AMAZING business and AMAZING people! �
Call Turner's Pool and Spa to get your hot tub up and running! Ours was down for a year. I had another guy attempt to provide service who did not communicate and was unable to get the job done! I called Turners and they diagnosed, and repaired within a week or so! Thank you for fixing our spa so that me and the family can enjoy all winter long! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Excellent job on my pool which was not opened last season. The water is so clean, I could drink it!!!!!!
Carl and an assistant opened our in-ground pool in July and did a wonderful job ! They finished the work in a serious storm and got soaked but kept at it till done. I had the water tested locally a couple of days later and the tester said it was perfect, which he said was almost unheard of after opening a pool. Carl and Julie have proven to be honest and knowledgeable folks who we are glad to work with.

Karl Turner is going to come out and fix our pool for us and we really appreciate the time he has taken to come out and look at our pool. Culpeper Virginia
The owners were very good at answering any of questions, calls, and emails until the pool was put up and they got their money! There are so many problems with our pool. Un-level, creases and dents!! The installation crew was very unprofessional and fooled around a lot which caused all of the problems we now have with the pool. One guy even asked my husband for a beer and was confirmed, after the installation, by another worker that he was drunk the whole time he was at our house!
