Not trustworthly, very sloppy work (I have pictures to prove) had to have them come back several times to fix their messes, workers are sloppy leaving trash all over from drinks and eating ( I have pictures to prove) final inspection would not pass county inspection because of disturbing ground in Chesapeake Bay Watershed area, (I have pictures to prove) they were mad they had to put seed and straw down and I would NOT give them final payment till it passed inspection by all legal means if no final inspection, we would not ... read more
Cant be trusted. My granddaughter ordered hers months ago they keep putting her off excuse after excuse, She was told in June the kit was in and they were waiting to dig now they tell her her kit is not in and she has a big mud hole in her yard. Hopefully shell take legal action.
RecommendedI highly recommend Turner Pools! My family has been longtime customers of their business for over a decade and are very satisfied with the service they provide. We absolutely love our newly installed pool liner!
They allow their driver's to drive like idiots even when they are being told their driver is caught on my dash cam doing everything and had a BOL on him in 4 different counties and their people who answer the phone are rude and unprofessional if they don't like what they are hearing on the other end of the line they hang up on you it's sad that this was the way they want to handle it
We just had our in ground pool installed by Turner’s Pool and Spa and we can’t say enough good things about them! From the estimate, build, the workers and the final product it was all a great experience! We highly recommend using them! Thanks to Karl and his crew our backyard oasis dreams came true!!!!!!
I can always count on great advice at Turner's, and they have even stoppef me from buying products that I didn't need. And any time I have purchased a different brand Aglecide or Shock even from another pool store (only because I couldn't make it to Turner's in time), I have regretted it. The chemicals just did not measure up, and some times they have even cost more! The quality of the products and the knowledge and help of the staff is awesome!
Turner’s Pool did an excellent job on our pool. We love it! Highly recommend them and their professional team. They are very personable and feel like part of our family.
Everyone in the store is so knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We have a small above ground pool and Turner’s has been our go to pool store. My kids LOVE coming along to help shop for pool supplies. Their most favorite part is the free popcorn.
