Quick response and fast quality service. Took necessary precautions to avoid a mess by putting down tarps and sealing doorways. Kept work areas extremely clean. Work was done in a timely professional manner. I was fully informed of the scope of work that was performed. Friendly and responsible. I highly recommend Turner's Plumbing & Heating Thanks guys!!!!!!
The people sound okay on the surface. But work was very substandard, the original problem was not fixed. When called to come back, had plenty of excuses not to come that day but eventually did come back. "Fixed" the problem (which was NOT fixed), and then charged us AGAIN. Both times, he and his helper did a "divide and conquer" thing. Worked on the first floor while engaging homeowner in friendly conversation and sent his "helper" to work on the second floor.
