I ordered a specific floral arrangement and that's not what was delivered. Being I've used this florist in the past and always was pleased I used them again. I did call left my name and phone number and asked for a call back...nada...if I had a return call I would never have written this. .it's like since Betty passed they don't care or are overwhelmed. . What does it take to b return a phone call??
