Very friendly staff and owner, good hourly rates for DIY, in some cases they can also do the work for a very reasonable rate. They don't mind lending a hand if you need help with something, or have a question, even if it's seemingly stupid. DIY is first come first serve, if you want them to do the work then it's by appointment. My only complaint would be that the grass is a bit overgrown and there's no noticeable sign from the road, so it's very easy to miss.
