I can always count on quality workmanship and customer service
Beware! I normally don't write reviews but wanted to hopefully save someone else the headache that I went through. This shop had my vehicle for 2.5 months after I hit a deer. There was little to no communication from this shop the entire time they had my vehicle which I thought was odd but I just thought maybe they were very busy. These people are extortionists, they charge for parts they are not approved for, do tests they are not approved for and charged far more than the agreed written estimate, which is against the law. Save yourself some money and time and stay far away from these scam artists. They don’t communicate any information about your vehicle and have a nice little price gouge when setting up a tow for vehicles. Go. Somewhere. Else…
From the very first call, Turner's was friendly and helpful which was so comforting after an accident. Walked me through process, kept me informed. Minor issue getting parts was beyond their control.
I took the Honda to Turner’s Body Shop and was immediately greeted upon entering. The Customer service is outstanding. A specialist looked at my car, gave me an estimate and explained everything in detail. Everyone is very professional yet personable. They did a great job repairing the car.
