Great experience this afternoon to have my tire patched. I called on a whim around lunch to see if they could take my car and was able to drop off an hour later. My car was ready before closing and tire patched successfully! Very pleased, and will use them again!
If I was able to post NEGATIVE star I would. DO NOT go to this shop for a replacement engine. They advised we needed an engine therefore I purchased it and almost $5,000 later, I have a vehicle that is a TOTAL LOSS. We have had nothing but problems ever since the replacement of the engine. The shop apparently also voided MY warranty which came on the engine because they failed to do the required work that was listed on the paperwork with the replacement engine. Always honest and genuine. The app is a great addition because it’s really nice to see a “report” when they are done and to get a heads up on what is needed to my suv up and running properly.
Very professional great service definitely going to use them again if something else goes wrong
Took my car in for annual state inspection and a minor repair, snd Turner’s performed both quickly and without hassle. Only suggestion is that I would have preferred a call to inform me about the repair details and cost BEFORE it was done rather than no call at all.
