Rude and inconsiderate tow truck driver!!!!! Would never call them. I am filing a complaint with my insurance company and anyone else that I can. Unexcusable behavior for a professional
We needed a tow, and we had to wait for a bit (which is understandable). Dustin is the one that helped us out and he was amazing!! Your company is VERY lucky to have such an optimistic, and customer service positive employee. He definitely deserves a shout out, and all the awesome recognition.
Tow truck showed up 2 hours late and the driver was rude and unprofessional
