I used to be able to trust Micah. Got along with him very well. He has disappointed me lately. Flaking and being unreliable is the least of it. Asked for pre-purchase inspection on a vehicle, he unfortunately didn't inspect it as well as I trusted he would. Hard to believe he looked at it or drove it at all. I wanted to make sure it was good and ready for a long drive, took it to another shop they said it was very unsafe to be driving due to upper ball joint not being connected fully.
